Where we ship
We ship to valid residential and business addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, freight forwarders, and international destinations are not supported.
Cost and timing
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Orders typically prepare in 1-2 business days at our Ontario, California fulfillment location. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3-7 business days. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, address problems, and carrier disruptions may extend that estimate.
Tracking
When the carrier accepts the package, tracking information is sent to the email used for the order. The first tracking scan may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address changes
Email brayanobeckeles@gmail.com immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. An address can be updated only before carrier processing begins.
Missing or damaged packages
For visible transit damage or an incorrect item, contact support within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the package, label, and product.
