You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Eligibility
The item must be unused, clean, complete, and returned with its original accessories and packaging. The Pilates board must show no training wear. A humidifier that has held water must be emptied, completely dry, and free of residue. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Start a return
Email brayanobeckeles@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, item, and reason. Approved return instructions and a destination will be provided.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns or ordering the wrong item. Lavender Flows covers reasonable return costs or provides another no-cost remedy for an incorrect, damaged, or materially defective item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and card issuers may need additional processing time. No restocking fee is currently charged.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning, or normal wear are not returnable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
